Long grass restricting view of oncoming traffic

Grass overgrown so much on verge that it is very difficult to see oncoming traffic when exiting the lay-by. We have to ease out but offer our vehicle is in the way of oncoming traffic. Dangerous. Please note I have previously reported this but had the wrong map location. Sorry but this one is correct
