Deep Medium Sized Pothole with Uneven Tarmac

On the road into Ovington there is a medium sized pothole that has received a previous repair but the repair has done nothing to fix the divot and pothole, the tarmac added has still left it to be a divot in the road. The area around this repair is uneven and broken so the patch repair is just another pothole and hasn’t fixed the problem.
