Your report will now be logged for the next working day.

If you consider this to be dangerous or an emergency, please call us on 0345 600 6400.

Otherwise, by submitting the report online we will deal with it in line with our agreed timescales.

Key things to remember when reporting

  • Do not include your personal information in the description – this will be visible to everyone. Wait until your details are specifically requested so they are only seen by Northumberland County Council.
  • If you see a report has already been made by someone else, there is no need to report it again. Instead, open the report and select Get updates to receive status updates.
  • During times of high report volumes, reports may take longer to resolve than the specified timeframe.
